1.1 INTRODUCTION
Shop floor activities in the area of production and marketing is a transaction that requires on-line information flow for effective and result oriented business management shop floor activities involves moving, it extends to every other business transaction area in a firm. The Shop floor transaction on Pz Company is done in two ways:
On order and supply mode
Come and carry mode
The first mode is the order and supply where the3 distributors place order for products through the letter to the supply department, the supply department receives it, and makes the supply as and when due to the distributor.
The second mode is where the distributor appears in person in make orders and lifts the product immediate in the sales department. In each mode of shop floor transaction, adequate and timely information update is made through the on-line information tracking system to the maintained record of the distributor.

The quantity of lifted product is also adjusted in the inventory control system automatically.
The major distributor of pz are give the option of lifting products and pay back by installation in this aspect, each distributor maintain an accurate installment payments.

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The pz-shopping floor is particularly computerized. The existing on –line system is maintaing adequate communication link among all business management areas. It is still very sectional and it does not totally eliminate redundancy.
Duplicate copies of files are still maintained in different section due to gap in date communication among the business sections.

The shop transaction does not immediately update the distributor transaction and account
