The on-line information tracking system in a shop floor is a welcome approach towards solving the problems of bias business management.
The on – line information tracking system to a shop floor is automatic, timely, very accurate and flexible in reviving and updating information and it generates compretiecsive and reliable report on all sectors that depend on shop floor transaction for the control. The on-line information system is immediate, easy to use, interactive and lost effective, any transaction made on a shop floor is input into the system immediately, the system automatically made actuate entry and expected update on the related area of transaction. During report generation it is done as accurate and timely as it supposed to be
The Paterson zootomic company is my study reference. The company deals with the production and marketing of assorted beauty product. It is a very big company that has mummeries distributor across the nation. The company’s man transactions are performed on the shop floor. Every distributor of the company has a compretiecsive record maintained with the firm every transaction made by a distributor is carefully update against the distributor record. Day-to –day transaction records by the company is equally maintained as adequate for main purpose of controlling inventory and quality of products. The day – to day transaction on pz”s shop floor helps the management to categories .The Company’s distributor according to best performance. The pz company to maintain accurate account status of every of its distributor.
The Shop floor transaction on Pz Company is done in two ways:
On order and supply mode
Come and carry mode
The first mode is the order and supply where the3 distributors place order for products through the letter to the supply department, the supply department receives it, and makes the supply as and when due to the distributor.
The second mode is where the distributor appears in person in make orders and lifts the product immediate in the sales department. In each mode of shop floor transaction, adequate and timely information update is made through the on-line information tracking system to the maintained record of the distributor.
The quantity of lifted product is also adjusted in the inventory control system automatically.
The major distributor of pz are give the option of lifting products and pay back by installation in this aspect, each distributor maintain an accurate installment payments.

The pz-shopping floor is particularly computerized. The existing on –line system is maintaing adequate communication link among all business management areas. It is still very sectional and it does not totally eliminate redundancy.
