ABSTRACT

Simulation as scientific process involves critical analysis and initiation of the real life of events using an electronic device, especially computer system and networking.

The feature grasps the utilization of these processes and transforms the stable system into acceptable or intended result.

latest project materials and topics

After having viewed the constraints in series of activities in banking sector in the country, an attempt was made regarding utilization of the works computer system and network connection do understanding this concept an earlier attempt recalls the designing a new system that can resituate banks workers from the slumber working equipment (Manual System).

Realization this in the First Bank Nigeria Plc calls for analyzing an old system of money transfer forming Electronic Fund Transfer. This excludes special software that is unbreakable in feature that can run the organizational fund transferring system. However in the security system the program contains more security features that enables banks workers to determine the owner of the fund transferred.

Having seen and observed this system towards developing safer and easier method of fund transfer yield more effort and zeal in to the analysis of this system to sound academic pursuit in institute of management and technology. Perhaps this calls for implementation.

Anybody in one of the state of a particular country who wishes to release fund to a client residing in other part to different state of some country will go to the nearest bank, that is nay first bank that does the fund transfer system and makes his or her deposit.

latest project materials and topics

It will be available for payment within minutes from any part of the country, if one is to send fund through the system (in the event of its being introduced) as soon as the fund control number (F.T.C.N) is displayed on the screen. This is an indication that the fund is now available for collection.

FEATURES

The system is designed to handle the needs of fund transfer, customers and agents in an efficient and user – friendly manner.

The new and experienced ones can use this work its document the software works following the flow of transaction as they usually occur. The money that link system provides frameworks within various relationships among state operating it.

1.1     STATEMENT OF PROBLEMS

Fund transfer is a job, which involves complex data and tedious calculation. Human beings cannot execute the job very urgent and faster, that is why the need for the activities of transferring fund automatically.

Manual transfer wastes too much time and it is generated very late, where there are many customers to attend to, it takes weeks to prepare the transfer which may affect the purpose of the transfer.

ABSTRACT

Oil industry is a prominent aspect of modern economy and as it were exploration activities are very important for continuity of oil production.
The exploration activities involve the acquisition of data and processing. As exploration activities increases in the modern world, the computer manufactures are also working hard to produce. Supper computer and their processing that are involved.
Many firms are emerging fast and of course modern firms make the use of computers, especially the mainframe computer which has large memory space. As the activities is in the increase, there is need to increase storage facilities because there comes a time when the main memory of computer will be unable to hold all information required. This is where the secondary storage device called the magnetic tape comes to play.

A general description of the system goals, facilities and application are involved.

1.1 INTRODUCTION
The exploration activities involve the acquisition of data and processing. As the exploration activities increases in the modern world, the computer manufactures are also working hard to produce super computers and their processing algo: This with high computing power to cope with the lager data processing that are involved.
Owing to the inevitable roles that are played by the oil industries in the modern world, the federal govt. recently issues out a white paper enforcing all oil companies to do more exploration to increase oil reserver. This means that there will be more data acquisition and processing jobs in the near future.
The importance of oil exploration in modern countries can never be over emphasized. In the United State of America and Britain, intensive exploration activities are on for the last two decodes all in attempt to have enough oil reserves.
And so seismic data processing is very indispensable in the oil industry because it is the first step taken in the discoming of hydrocarbon or better more seismic data processing is a key sequence in search for hydrocation.
In the processing of seismic data, care should be taken because of not properly processed, it might lead to wrong interpretation and this might lead to false prospect. Infact wrong processing will reduce the success ration in the discovery of hydrocarbon and this causes the cost of drilling to increase. In essence, wrong processing will lead to drilling false prospect and he know that it costs millions if not billions of Naira to dill a well.
The role of govt. in oil industry had gradually progressed from a regulatory one to direct involvement in all exploitation and exploration initially government only made rudimentary laws and collected royalties for the oil companies. By 1971 the situation charged as oil become more important to the Nigeria Economy. Oil accounts for about 90% of the total foreign exchange earning for the country.
In essence, Nigeria that wants increase in her revenue, must engage in acquisition, processing and management of seismic data. Seismic data management systemic therefore a software development for the purpose. That is why the case study was the integrated data services limited (IDSL) Benin city a subsidiary of the Nigeria National Petroleum Co-operation (NNPC)

1.2 PROBLEMS OF THE STUDY
In the search for hydrocarbon, the initial question had always been where exactly under the surface are the anticlines or the structures within which the hydrocarbon can be accumulated.
This question is answered in part by seismic data acquisition and the main by

ABSTRACT

The need to develop a Computerized Commodity exchange information system that will provide information and keep record of transaction made on commodities has become pressing due to the rapid growth of industries that make use of these commodities and the inefficiency of manual keeping of all transaction made.

The information was got from the ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Mines and power and Raw Materials Research Centre to develop a software package that would achieve the aim of this project.

This software package is the project I developed to be useful to both large and small exchange market, ministries, industries, and other private establishments that use locally produced commodities especially those produced in Enugu State.

ABSTRACT
This work deals extensively with the design and construction of an electrodice display (EOD) with audio unit. The device displays the value of a ludo dice in numerical form and also produces sound as it displays the number.

The device works with principle of chance employed by ludo game players. The output of the display is usually very rapid that the player does not actually see the number when the device is switched ON so that it will purely be a game of chance. When the off key is pressed, a particular number is displayed and this number is the number the player got.

The operation of the device starts by the generation of a pulse frequency. The pulse frequency (square wave signal) is generated by times (555 timer) by connecting in unstable multi-vibrator. The output from the timer is used in clocking the binary counter (mode 10 counter) but this counter is biased in the mode 10 counter, the output from Qo, Q1 and Q2 were connected to the reset pins so that once the counter finishes the count of six of goes back to zero.

The result from the binary counter is then fed to the decoder / driver before connecting it to seven segment so that the decoder will be able to convert the binary values to the decimal values that are being used in the ludo game dice. The seven segment then displays the numbers by lightening the diodes that make up that particular.

This device is being regulated by a latch (4-edge triggered flip-flop which has two switches, one is used for putting the power supply and the other two push switches for the working of the dice display.

ORGANISATION OF WORK
The organisation of this work is in seven chapters, the first on the introduction; the second is on the literature review; the third is on the design of the system; the fourth deals with the construction (implementation); sixth is on packaging and the seventh on the recommendation and conclusion.

The first chapter: Introduction gives general view of what the electronic dice displays (EDD) with audio unit aims and objectives, scope, limitations, problems and purpose of the study.

The Second Chapter: Literature Review explains the different components that make up the system, their make up and how they operate.

The third deals on the design of the system, describes vividly each component of the system, their operating modes, specifications and applications, schematic diagram of the system showing independence modules which function together to make up the system.

Construction, the fourth chapter deals with the actual construction of the system, the design requirement, theory of the functioning of each module system, breakdown of the module specification and construction. Calculations and careful selection of the component values of each modules are detailed in this chapter.

The fifth chapter which is on the documentation deals on the general description of the work, provides ease of maintenance and wage of the system.

Packaging, the sixth chapter lists the factors that were taken into consideration in the design and construction of the package.

The seventh and the last chapter, recommendations and conclusion gives a general view of what is covered and the importance of this device. It also suggested certain areas for further studies.

INTRODUCTION
Instrumentation engineering has advanced widely with the introduction of medium scale integration (MIS), large scale Integration (LSI) and very large scale Integration (VLSI). For the purpose of accuracy and reliability analogue instruments are being replaced by the digital ones. The electronic dice display (EDD) with audio unit is among this now bread of instruments.

1.0 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM.
The design of an electronic dice display is invented because of the quest fort reducing strenuous activities encountered by man, especially on the area of its recreational activities. This device is used in ludo game. The ludo game on its manual operation, as he manipulated by the experts so that it can no longer be a game of chance. Sometimes players can employ tricks on their opponents which playing the game, for example if the both players are not vigilant, one of the them can event thwart the dice and claimed that nothing happened. The players too may get tired after playing two or three times because of the stress in shaking and playing the dice, the frequent hitting of the dice on the ludo board can even give cracks on the glass covering the ludo board. One can even experience the dice getting lost in the game because the dice is very small so if care is not taken, it can fall out from the board. All these problems were taken into consideration before
