ABSTRACT
Technology has proved beyond all reasonable doubts that computer technology application can remove the strenuous burden of manual paper work which has been affecting administrative activities. After much observation on the activities of the Industrial training Fund (ITF) Enugu, on their process of payment of students who participate in the Industrial Training Programmes. It was discovered that the method of payment is too strenuous, complicated and cumbersome.
Information tracking system which involves the method of managing information, keeping record of the information and retrieving it effectively, will help in reducing or wiping off problems encountered in manual paper work. This will facilitate efficient payment. The project will help greatly in eliminating the problem with the use of its designed suitable software, meant to handle those issues affecting the training fund.
CHAPTER ONE
1.0 INTRODUCTION

Since creation, there has been a constant quest by man to improve on his quality of life and existence, this ever-increasing question has been necessitated, and propelled by the simple need for man to address the challenges posed by his environment.
Borne out of this need, a number of manpower, planning and career development programmes have been designed. The “Siwes” which is an acronym for Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme is one of such programmes, it is a skills-training programme designed to expose and prepare students in institutions of higher learning for the industrial work situation they are likely to meet after graduation.
The scheme is also meant to familiarize student with work methods and expose them to the needed experience in handling such equipment and machinery that are not usually available in the educational institutions. The scheme is financed by the federal government and operated through the industrial training fund. To serve as encouragement, siwes students after their IT programme are being paid approved, specific amount of money as allowance for embarking on the programme. This, however, necessitates the effective and efficient tracking of IT students information, as well as the monitoring of the method of payment of the siwes allowance, so as to avert fraud and financial misappropriation by unscrupulous, self – centered, and money conscious ITF personnel’s. Though, a method of payment already exists, but needs through study so as to identify and alleviate the bottle – necks I the inherent system of manual processing.

1.1 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Since the inception of ITF, there has been constant plea by the ITF staff for system evaluation, review and modification of siwes payment of siwes students, and method of tracking siwes students’ information.
These constant plea by the ITF staff was propelled by simple need to address the challenges or problems involved in processing of students logbook, and detecting those that did not embark on the industrial training.
The complex nature of the job involved, viewed by worker as very tedious complicated and cumbersome has been our major concern, and has therefore intensified the need to design and implement an information tracking system (software) to circumvent these inherent problems

ABSTRACT

The manual method of processing invoice as seen shortcoming ranging from slow services to inaccurate computations and poor records keeping. It is because of these problem inherent in the manual processing that led to the development and implementation of a new digital computer for the processing customers invoices named “Invoicing machine” or an invoicing software. The machine is programmed to calculate and print invoices from prepared to calculate and print invoices from prepared data carriers. Nowadays, different software firms are working towards developing a better and generic invoicing system which is the major concern of this work. The methodology adopted in getting information, personal interview and use of questionnaire. However a computer programme was designed to solve the problem of the study, after data analysis, the following findings were made:-
– The automated system saves time, human labour and reduces the amount of stress that workers face using the manual method.
– The method if implemented produces quicker and more accurate result than the manual method. However, the study recommendation that the Nigerian Bottling Company should adopt an automated system producing their sales invoices in other to meet the trend of the new age to satisfy their numerous customers.

INTRODUCTION
The present era can be best define as computer era. Because the computer is playing a key function. Electrical compute are used extensively in business to process financial data.
Computer had a major effect on the way, business are been run in commercial industries. This has not only revolutionized the accounting records keeping and reporting operations of traditional buying and selling services but has enable the growth of new computerized accounting packages such as invoicing packages, stick control packages, payroll packages, financial planning packages, sales ledge packages etc.
Invoicing which is the main concern of this research work has to do with the preparation of a source document by the seller that lists the items supplied, their cost and amount paid on them. In a small enterprise the buying may be done by the owner or by an employee. The manual method of processing invoices as seen in many business are seen to have some shortcoming ranging from slow services to inaccurate computations and poor records keeping. These problem inherent in the manual processing let to the development and production of a new digital computer between (1966 and 1973) for the processing of customers invoices. It was called “invoicing machine which is programmed to calculate and print invoices from prepared data carriers, nowadays developing a better and generic invoicing system are the concern of the different software firms and they are working towards it which the research work is dwelling on.

1.1 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The invoicing system of the organization in question is still being done manual, usually by clerical officers. This manual method of invoicing is time consuming and subjected to errors. The organization has reached a stage where it’s operation and activities should be computerized. This is because the volume of data in which routine tasks are performed is relatively very large. It is high time, this organization plunged into the field of artificial intelligences. The introduction of computer into it’s operations will automatically eliminate some, if not all, of the pr

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
1.1 INTRODUCTION
In this project, design and implementation of a computerize visa processing information system is based on how you can get lost of information about our service, from advice on how to apply for a visa, to news about immigration policy changes. I hope you find it helpful.
UK visas is the overseas arm of Britain’s integrated border management. We have visa offices in 160 locations throughout the world. The largest handles 300,000 applications a year; the smallest less than 10. we issue visas to 80% of those who apply and stop only those who are a significant immigration risk to the UK. We process over 90% of straightforward applications within 24 hours. This is a record of which we are proud, but we aim to do even better.
Our new mission statement explains how UK visas will deliver the border objectives set by our parent department, the home office and foreign and common wealth office; to achieve a balance between managing travel and migration and preventing illegal immigration
Our goals are
• to bring communities together
• to improve Britain’s competitiveness as a destination for travel, trade, migration and investment
• to prevent immigration abuse
• to deliver for money
• to earn public confidence

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
in British visa processing information system the problems we are facing are (i) Bankruptcy Attorney e.g. consumer present their case at legal match by through extensive client acquisition and market outreach efforts our legal match will assists thousands of visitors every day seeking help with their legal issues. In some areas consumers can also reach us by phone so new bankruptcy legislation may make it harder to find an attorney. (ii) Another problem in visa processing into system is the privacy and security problems ie using illegal or fraud visa to go to overseas. (iii) Health (tuberculosis) screening is another problem in visa processing system since it valid for larger than six months in certain countries now require a certificate to show that they are free from infections tuberculosis (TB) before that person will travel to overseas. The Government announced on 21 July 2005 its intention is to implement the first phase of an overseas screening programme for TB for people applying to enter the UK for more than 6 months in four year strategy earlier this year. The benefit of the programme is that successful applicants will benefit on arrival in the UK as they will not need to be referred to the port medical inspector before being allowed

ABSTRACT
In our present society, communication is more or less the “ cannot – do – without” that people always say and the strength of every successful business generally.
The impact of this can be felt in the life of individuals, homes and government establishment, without adequate communication network every activity is useless (paralyzed).countries all over the world has communication industry whose duty it is to acquire communication lines and distribute it equally among the populace of the nation. Most companies need great strength or determination to make it work. In Nigeria the button for communication distribution network is given to Nigeria Telecommunication limited (NITEL)
This project work research into the procedure and criteria involved in the telephone line allocation in inhabitants of Enugu by Nitel. In Nigeria today NITEL is having a very big problem with lines allocation due to the fact that it is speculated that lines available to NITEL cannot comfortably go round the country. In the process of this research it was found out that the real problem NITEL is facing were made in the problem, which at the end resulted in the arrival of solution to the problem. A new computerized design which will always use the available lines at any time to equitably meet the demand of telephone line subscribers in the country. This computerized design is more accurate, reliable even easy to use and comparatively cheap

CHAPTER ONE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
Communication is so important to the world’s activities. People who are separated by distances can effectively and conveniently reach one another to do business together through communication. This is therefore very necessary that every government provided enough and adequate communication for it’s citizens so that they will have a sense of belonging in the Global world.
The so-called western countries are where they are today because they realized the importance of communication and followed it up with better (good) approach. The major problems in the so-called under developed countries is their non-chalant effect on the economy.
Our country Nigeria is still in the “dark” age because they have failed to appreciate and fully embrace communication in it’s fullness. The sole telephone line subscriber (NITEL) in Nigeria today had failed to provide enough lines for it’s citizenry and the available ones are not distributed equally so that every citizen will have a share of the “essential commodity”.
The mode of telephone lines allocation by NITEL is inconsistent and unreliable in the sense that NITEL has failed to strictly follow the criteria laid down by it’s management in telephone line allocation. Recently, NITEL has cut down it connection fees but problem of telephone line allocation still persists. This why I chose to write this topic with a view of the coming out with a lasting solution to the work on the neck of NITEL, which affects the country today and it decreased the rate of development.

1.1 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM.
Lines that are available in the nation today is not enough to serve the teaming population and among the available line, many are faulty because of lack of maintenance. Our government is not given enough fund to NITEL management.
NITEL is crying daily for insufficient line, but with all this more than one line are allocated to some individuals
The Network of NITEL cabinet are no longer useful and the under-ground cable system is no more serving the population currently in the society.
NITEL is finding it difficult to maintain the identity and record of its subscribers, this makes it impossible for them to know the p
