1.0 INTRODUCTION
In our society today the use of computer especially in banking sector of the economy have been so eminent. Nearly all banking or financial institutions have computerized their banking operation. The major reason or the fact has been using computer to manage the flow of information within the institution. This is lightly necessary since the survival of any institution including the financial institution like commercial Banks, mortgage Banks Insurance computer etc. depend much on a viable information system. An information system that enables the users to track necessary records and transaction related to the institution in a possible minimum time. Apart from using computer in ensuring a viable information system (IS), error prone information by extensive mammal data mentioned and many others to perform the entire task mentioned and many others have been enhanced by the application software. Application software are programs that direct the performance of a particular use or application of computers and computer networks to meet the information processing needs of end user. This is to say without the application software a computing system I incapable of performing the user task. This is often referred to as computerization. The following section of the project report present the feasibility of computerizing the operation of mortgage banking.

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Depository institutions have traditionary originated residential mortgage louns to hold in their loan portfolios and mortgage banking is a natural extension of this traditional origination process. Although it can include loan origination mortgage banking goes beyond this basic activity. A bank that only originates and holds mortgage loans in its loans in its loan portfolio has not engaged in mortgage banking as defined here.
Mortgage banking generally involves originates, purchases and sales through the secondary mortgage market. A mortgage bank can retain or sell loans it originates and retain or sell the servicing on those loans. Through mortgage banking national banks can and do participate in any or a combination of these activities Banks can also participate in mortgage banking activities by purchasing rather than originating loans.
The mortgage banking industry is highly completive and involves many firms and intense competition. Firms engaged in mortgage banking vary in size from very small local firms to exceptionally large, nationwide operations commercial banks and their subsidiaries and affiliates make up a large and growing proportion of the mortgage banking industry.
Mortgage banking activities generate fee income and provide cross-selling opportunities that enhance a bank’s retail banking franchise. The general shift from traditional lending to mortgage banking activities has take place in the context of a more recent general shift by commercial banks from interest income activates to non-interest, fee generating activities.

1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The larger challenge facing lending institutions today is the is the lack of system and processes that track, and analysis data effectively. The loan origination process generates massive amounts of data that needs to be managed by the asset management finance and servicing functions, key management reporting and data analysis capabilities are critical in dealing with issues and quantifying trends in delinquency rates and tracking of compliance metrics-basically the bulk of mortgage banking operations. In addition, these functional areas are responsible for meeting t

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
1.1 INTRODUCTION
The advent of computer Technology has brought relief to repetitive tasks and has helped in the better management and origination of data. Information management system can be applied to any system that facilitates storage, management and retrieved of data and information required for some particular application within a computer system. This makes it easier for data to be handled or managed.
The stadium staffs have been finding it so difficult to manage information for example, in the existing system where everything is processed manually, the operators find it difficult to store, locate or retrieve information when necessary. Also the issue of crowd control and ticketing, which is needed in events to generate income for the sector. Processing ticket for an event manually can be costly, time – consuming and waste ticket stock which is always encountered in some event due to the excess ticket processed manually.
The computer system can be used in so many ways in the stadium, for example, crowd control, processing of ticket for an event, managing office files and so on.
This work concentrates on the computerized ticket, crowd control, information management in the stadium and facility management. With the aid of computer system, the data will be properly managed, organized and construction of a suitable program that will help in the management of stadium.

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Following the problem encountered in the organization, tickets that are processed for an event and the end, there will be left over (waste ticket stock) which create loss in the finance of the stadium unable to communicate with one another in other to share information which leads to time-consuming, re-entering of information and lack of centralized system for customer information.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
In order not to embrace hitch in the carrying out of any project, it is necessary to define the objective of the project. The process surveying enable us to map out the limitation and the delimitation of the project.
In surveying, we set out the necessary steps and areas that considered to be useful and necessary to implement the objective.
In this case, we identify the problem, it’s sources, causes and to identify solutions to the problem.
In the case study of doing these, the objective must be certain.

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
The Background of this study involves indent study of the system report being designed to determine the input data to the report system and how system report objective can be realized.
Data collected or survey made determined the system output and input and grouped into various files (1) Equipment requirement.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT: To use this report system in survey the following equipment may be needed.
i) An IBM or its compatible
ii) Magnetic Diskette (3.25 x 5.25 or 35 x 3.5 inches)
iii) An IBM line printer or its compatible
iv) A printer interface cable.
Optional equipment: Hard Disk Properly Installed.
MEMORY REQUIREMENT: The design of this system was highly structured by breaking the program in module using Top-Down design technique and loding the program in GW BASIC. Each program after use call another program from the diskette and pass over the content of relevant variable over to the incoming program by using “COMMON” statement it minimizes effectively the size of primary memory required by the system.

Computer, the versatile data processing machine, has been found very useful in every human endeavour since its incursion into many fields of study, industry, business, sciences and technology in general. Payroll is being prepared by organization, committees, governments and other business firms, it is also part of account department, in my organizational concern. It is used for the preparation of worker’s salary daily, weekly or monthly.

The payroll module, which helps in data processing, processes monthly pays of all the employees in state civil services commission. The module maintains staff loans, advances, tax and other deductions from staff pay. It also performs annual increment on the salary of qualified staff each month. The payroll lists every employee for whom the computer has produced a payroll cheque and shows for each employee what deduction are subtracted from gross earnings to arrive at net pay. This report is reviewed by the manager of the payroll department before the cheques are released for distribution.
1.2 PROBLEM DEFINITION
Over the years, manual method of payroll has been used. This method has its problems. It has been proven to be very ineffective and inefficient. Some of the problems are
 The job of preparing salary payment in annually is tedious causes delay.
 As a result of the problem above, manual methods have a lot of discrepancies and raise doubts in the voucher.
 This method encourage fraud figures are easily manipulated and changed.
 The manual method requires people who are competent in mathematics related computation to do a reliable job

INTRODUCTION
1.0 BACKGROUND OF STUDY
Employee clocking systems are time system used by organization to accurately record the number of hours worked by each employee every week
The clock have evolved with time and the companies still need some sort of system that they can use employees payroll and ensure that the employees are paid for each hour they worked.
Today, employee use swipe cards with a negative stripe through a slot that reads their name and records the time every time they clock in or out, much like the old punch clock system of long ago.
At the end of a work week, the main computer computes the total hours worked for every employee and prints it out on a spread sheet. This rids the payroll system of human error, making it much more efficient.
The MALUM organization does not used computerized employee time system. The organization make use of manual time clock system, though time saving and error-free, is not entirely perfect.
Sometimes, the magnetic strip on the back of a card may get damaged. When the employee swipes the card, the machine may not register it.
Such inadequacy are corrected in the computer time clock system. Even with the advert computer software and advanced time keeping techniques, the principle of the employee time clock remains the same.
This project expresses the hourly employees will always need a way to keep track of their time and organizations will need logical ways to monitor and records an employee’s time to ensure productivity.

1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The problem is centered on how to design and implement a computerized employee clocking system for MALU organization.
From the study layout the problem determine are:
1. Inadequacies of the manual time clock system
2. The problem encountered by the staff reservation section.
3. The impact of this software reservation section
4. The impact of this software design is not entirely perfect.
5. The company policy forbids employees from punching or swiping for
